Amada Senior Care Caregivers,
First off, thank you for everything you do for our clients and their families. Amada Senior Care has been a proud sponsor of the Alzheimer’s Association since we began in 2015. For the past 2 years, I have served on the Board for the Rutherford County Walk to End Alzheimer’s. We have a team in place, named the Amada Strollers, and we would love for you to walk with us and represent Amada Senior Care during the walk! The walk will take place on Saturday, November 11th at 8:00 AM and it will start from the MTSU campus at the football stadium. The walk is a 2.5 mile loop around the city of Murfreesboro with 1,000s of participants. There is no cost to you associated with this event and your support is a great way to give to the Alzheimer’s Association! Our company has pledged to raise $1,000 for the Association and we have also committed $1,000 for corporate sponsorship. If you want to be a part of the event, but can’t/don’t want to walk, you can help us out at our Amada display tent by handing out candy, talking to people about our company and having a great time!
This event is very special to the families of fallen victims and those who are dealing with this devastating disease that does not currently have a cure. It is also a very special event for our local Murfreesboro community. I know many of you are caring for clients with dementia/Alzheimer’s Disease and this would be a great way to show your support!
If you want to participate, please email Stacy King, Amada’s Leader of Caregiver Services, by replying to this email by no later than October 28, 2017. Please indicate your tee shirt size, if you plan to walk or help in the tent, and if you want resources to fund raise for the event. Thank you for your enthusiasm for your job, your company, and your commitment to excellence! Be well,
